Data and purposes
Contact forms request your name, telephone number, email and an optional message. These details are used to respond to your enquiry and for related communication. Submission is optional. Do not submit sensitive or unnecessary information. Tests calculate results in your browser. No code was found that automatically sends their answers to a proprietary visitor database.
Sending results
In the Sales Assessment, choosing to send results opens an external Google Form with calculated results prefilled in the link URL. Information is transferred to Google when the link is opened; final submission takes place in the external form. Its operation, additional fields, storage and retention have not been verified. The external service may not have an English version.
Forms and recipients
Local forms are declared for Netlify Forms and this package is intended for hosting on Netlify. Actual receipt requires enabled form detection and deployment. Responses may be stored by the form service and forwarded to email if notifications have been configured. Active settings and specific recipients have not been confirmed. Netlify submission does not take place in file:// or the standalone preview, and no false receipt confirmation is displayed.
Legal basis and retention
GDPR Article 6(1)(b) may apply to enquiries before a potential engagement; Article 6(1)(f) may apply to other responses or security, subject to the required assessment. The precise basis for each purpose, deletion procedure and actual retention period require confirmation by the controller. No fixed number of days is invented.
Hosting and third-party services
The package contains LinkedIn, email and Google Forms links and YouTube videos. Third-party links open when you choose them. Static YouTube videos load only after you press their loading button, which connects you to the third-party provider. Actual hosting logs, third-party cookies and possible transfers outside the EEA have not been confirmed in an active deployment. Actual agreements and safeguards require verification before final publication.
Security and access
Pack access retains the approved JavaScript mechanism and local storage of failed attempts. This controls presentation in the browser; it does not protect content on the server. It is not a suitable system for storing sensitive information.
