PV5 NEW · SALES TRAINING
A salesperson first. A trainer later.
I am Panayotis A. Vlahos. My approach starts with experience in selling and leads to practical steps you can apply.

Experience put into practice.
48+ years in sales and sales management. My aim is to turn that experience into useful practice for you.
The experience behind the method

48+ YEARS • 14 SALES DEPARTMENTS • HUNDREDS OF SALESPEOPLE
Hundreds of sales professionals have been trained over these years, many of whom have progressed to become Sales Directors, Commercial Directors and Chief Executive Officers.
THE BEGINNING
From finding the first customer.
In 1978 I began my professional career in sales, finding customers and partnerships myself. During the same period I worked as an insurance agent at INTERAMERICAN, where personal prospecting, appointments, presentations and customer retention were part of everyday work.
There was no ready-made customer portfolio. First you had to find the customer — then earn their trust.
FROM PERSONAL SELLING TO MANAGEMENT
My career developed alongside my responsibilities.
Sales Specialist → Account Manager → Sales Manager → Commercial Manager → Direct Sales Division Sales Manager. From “how do I sell?” to “how do I create, organise, train and develop a team?”

1980–2023 • PARALLEL / PART-TIME ACTIVITY
A parallel experience that helped shape the PV5 philosophy.
Alongside my main professional career in sales, management and team training, I was also involved in network marketing on a part-time basis from 1980 to 2023. Through communication, approaching people, training and speaking, this experience complemented my main work and helped shape the philosophy that was later organised into the PV5 Method.
ANOTHER SIDE OF THE JOURNEY
Goals, recognition and training.
My journey included goals, recognition, awards and continuous training. In the final version, a few selected photographs will document this period — rather than serve as decoration.
WHY PV5 WAS CREATED
Experience has value when it can be passed on.
After decades of personal selling, management and sales training, my aim was not to create yet another theoretical model. It was to organise what I had learned into a process that helps salespeople understand where they stand, what holds them back and what needs to change.
The logic of PV5 →
01
I Want
02
Why
03
What
04
How
05
When
I WANT → WHY → WHAT → HOW → WHEN → ACTION → RESULT. ACTION is not a sixth step. It is the natural outcome of the process.
MY PERSONAL POSITION
48+ years is my journey. The next sale is yours.
I do not believe a salesperson needs more theory to become better. They need to understand where they stand, what needs to change and how to apply it to their next sale.
