Panayotis Vlahos, sales training

First understand. Then act.

Selling is not pressure.

The aim is not to pressure the customer to buy.

It is to understand what they really need, create value and help them confidently make the right decision.

Not every salesperson needs the same training.

The FREE PV5 SALES ASSESSMENT is the Method’s first practical tool. It identifies where to focus, so training starts from actual needs rather than general theory.

It provides a framework for understanding where the sale stands, what the customer needs and which behaviour suits the specific situation.

Two pillars, one direction.

PV5 connects them in a unified development philosophy. The salesperson first clarifies what they want to achieve and how they will commit to their goal; then applies that commitment to the actual sales process.

Personal Performance (Personal Performance)

From a personal “WANT” to conscious ACTION and COMMITMENT. The goal becomes personal, specific, measurable and connected to everyday behaviours.

Sales Performance (Sales Performance)

Actual selling is organised into 5 stages, with specific behaviours that can be applied, assessed and improved.

WANT · WHY · WHAT · HOW · WHEN

WHAT is explored through GAIN and COST. ACTION is the natural outcome of the process, rather than a sixth step, leading to the RESULT.

WANT → WHY → WHAT (GAIN / COST) → HOW → WHEN → ACTION

Professional development is not only a matter of technique. It requires a personal goal, a meaningful “Why”, specific action and conscious commitment.

This is part of the personal application of PV5. In training and personal consultation, we work on how it connects with your own goal, your own sales and your own everyday action.

One sale. Five critical stages.

The 5 stages do not operate in isolation. They create a continuous professional process, from approach and connection through closing and follow-up.

01

Approach & Connection

I prepare, approach and create the conditions for meaningful communication.

Proper preparation, the first impression, credibility, body language, tone of voice and active listening create the foundation of the customer relationship.

02

Needs Diagnosis

I understand before proposing.

Through the right questions, listening, clarification and confirmation, we discover the customer’s actual need, motivations, priorities and desired result.

03

Value Presentation

I connect what I offer with what the customer really needs.

The presentation is not a list of features. We translate the solution into specific value, benefits and results that matter to this particular customer.

04

Objection Handling

I listen, clarify and respond to the actual cause of hesitation.

An objection is not handled through pressure. We explore what truly concerns the customer, confirm that we have understood and respond with clarity and value.

05

Closing & Follow-up

I ask for the decision, agree on the next step and continue the relationship.

Closing is the natural continuation of a sound process. We clearly ask for the decision and agree on a specific next step. Follow-up continues after the contact or sale, strengthening the relationship, repeat business and referrals.

ADAPT: adapt to the customer.

Selling is not a rigid script (scenario).

The salesperson adapts communication, questions, value presentation, handling of hesitation and decision pace to the customer and the situation.

Assess

I understand the person and the situation.

Discover

I discover what truly matters.

Adjust

I adapt my approach.

Personalize

I connect the solution with this particular customer.

Take Action

I move the process to the next step.

We do not only assess what the salesperson knows. We care about what they apply.
  • Attitude: How I think.
  • Listen: How much I really listen.
  • Adapt: How much I adapt.
  • Communicate: How effectively I communicate.
  • Act: How consistently I apply.
